        Paul Stern Products is part of  "Shop N Ship 4 Free". The two sites are of differing nature and are both constantly changing so visiting often will help you to see what kinds of products we offer.

        We publish numerous pages of Catalogues covering a wide variety of gift ideas. The main catalogue links show the different categories of items and this changes regularly with new items always being added to the line of products. Over the last year we have had to change how items are shipped because of growing fuel costs, but we try to pay for shipping ourselves whenever possible. Please note we do charge for shipping and handling only for orders under $60. This charge is a constant at $12.50, the more you buy the less inhibitive this fee can be. Please understand that we do not want to charge for shipping, as we feel it makes things difficult for those shopping for gifts online as a less expensive avenue. We unfortunately have yet to find a way around this due to fuel costs, however.

        Just now venturing into the online venue for our growing customer base, we originally used catalogue distributions through mail order services offered throughout the USA. Mailing costs for our growing catalogue has become more expensive over the years, so this new avenue is a welcome change. This site also allows for more ease of access to our representatives as well. While www.paulsternproducts.com is a catalogue showcase of our full line of products, www.shop-n-ship-4-free.com is for a more specific listing of products that we feel you might enjoy, so we have placed 2 sites for two purposes. Please note, that if you order products from one site it will NOT reflect the same prices as the other. This is done purposely to track the popularity of items. You can, however sign up for news on new sales as they come up from the www.shop-n-ship-4-free.com web site.

        The ordering center for Paul Stern Products is located in Wyoming. It's a very nice and personable area the we have found gives us access to some very nice people to work for our company. The products we carry, however, are mostly imported from other various countries, so it is much easier for the distribution center to be located further west of us in California. Because of this orders take slightly longer to get to Maine, for example, than it does to get to Denver. As a precaution, we like to let people know it may take as long as 2 weeks to receive your orders. Generally it does not take that long, but we like to give a good grace to those delivering our products. With fuel prices higher, we do not like to disgruntle anyone if it causes prices to further increase, if you know what I mean. Seriously though, 10 business days is not too much time and if you plan your gift giving times to that, we would appreciate it. If you absolutely have to have it sooner, there is always the option of paying for better shipping options.
